She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvie Fulcher and Vienna R. Fulcher. She is survived by: her husband Michael B. Fulcher; her daughters, Michelle Fulcher of Gastonia, NC and Penni Newman (Jake) of Harrisburg, NC; her brother Michael Fulcher (Arlene) of Harkers Island; and her granddaughter Cayleigh Ledford.
