He is survived by: his daughter Angela Proctor of Lakeland, FL; his grandson Jeffrey Allen Proctor; his great grandchild Vincent Gregory William Proctor; and his sisters, Ellen Blevins (Mitchell) of Olive Hill, KY and Rhonda Wilburn (Keith) of Olive Hill, KY.
