He is survived by: his wife Ruby Hughes Wise (Spruce Pine); his sons, Tim Wise of Winston Salem, NC and Tom Wise of Spruce Pine, NC; his grandchildren, Jeremy Wise, Brooke Wise, Ashley Wise and Blake Wise; and his sibling Spruce Pine. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
