He was predeceased by: his siblings, William Hall, Jack Hall, James Hall, Sidney Hall, Harry Hall, Mary Lou Howell and Margaret Robinson; and his parents, Howard Hall and Connie McKinney Hall.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Buchanan Hall of Spruce Pine; his children, Karen Phillips (Byron Phillips) of Spruce Pine and Randy Hall (Lori Hall) of Spruce Pine; his sisters, Kathleen Allen and Martha Williams (Eddie Williams) of Spruce Pine; his children, Eli, Brynlee Snyder and Josh Hall (Christina); his grandchildren, Sadie and Camdyn Hall; his child Lindsey Phillips Canipe (Justin); his grandchildren, Cade and Keller Canipe; his son Jason Hall (Morgan); his grandchildren, Elliott, River and Stetson Hall; his child Jenni Phillips Dellinger (Tyler); his grandchildren, Paxton and Karsyn Dellinger; his child Taylor Hall (Hannah); his grandchildren, Avery Mae and Tegan Hall; and his children, Drey Phillips (Hannah Greene) and Katy Hall.
