Moore (Amy) of Spruce Pine and Chad Moore (Lorie Mace) of Spruce Pine; his stepmother Wanda Moore of Winston-Salem; his sister Paula Butner of Mocksville; his stepsister Trisha Privette (Paul) of Winston-Salem; his brothers, Randy Moore (Robin) of Supply, NC and Brad B. Moore of Ocean Isle, NC; his half-brother Richard Moore (Liliana) of Winston-Salem; and his stepbrother Fred Borgmann of Pennsylvania.
