She was predeceased by: her parents, John Robinson and Louella Hollar Robinson; her husband Virgil R. Woody; and her siblings, Francis Grindstaff, Faye Buchanan Snyder, Gary, Bill, Doug and Fred Robinson.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony "Tony" Woody (Doraetta) of Spruce Pine, Amber Woody (Shane Burleson) and Jennifer Snyder of Spruce Pine; her grandchildren, Lily Woody, Ryley Woody and Connor Burleson; and her brother Johnny Robinson (Cathy) of Lexington, NC..
In lieu of flowers the family ask that to honor their mother donations be made to Wounded Warriors or Mitchell County Animal Shelter.
