With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rick P. Gougeon of Spruce Pine, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 13, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Gougeon and Norma Gougeon of Alpena; and his brother Brian. He is survived by: his wife Terri; his siblings, Wanda, Steve (Allison), Terry (Judy), Jon (Kitty), Marty and Matt (Jennine); his children-in-law, Amanda, Kim and Ben; and his grandson Rick. He is also survived by extended family, including twenty brothers- and sisters-in-law and their many children.
