Rex Junior Woody Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rex Junior Woody of Spruce Pine, North Carolina, who passed away on July 25, 2024, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mallie Woody, Jr. and Peggy Jean Lingerfelt Woody; and his sister Pamela Sue Woody. He is survived by: his wife Mary Franklin Woody; his son Rex Robert "Robby" Junior Woody (Tiffany) of Spruce Pine; his granddaughter Victoria Jones; his great grandchildren, Nikias and Ronan Jones; his siblings, G. C. Lingerfelt of Whiteville, TN, Hank Woody of Morganton and Tammy Price of Marion; and his pets, Bo Jack and Buddy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous friends.
