Phyllis Haines Mercer Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 12, 2025, at the age of 95, Phyllis Haines Mercer of Spruce Pine, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, George, Norman, Francis, Glenn, Harold, Wanda, Estella, Irene, Esther and Arlene; and her daughter Becky Mercer.
She is survived by: her children, Colleen Cutshall (Jay) of Mars Hill, Sandy Bernard (John) of Globe and Tim Mercer (Sharon) of Sanford; her grandchildren, Michael Thomas, Hayden Killion, Alex Mercer, Heather Thomas, Caroline Mercer, Olivia Mercer and Hannah Cutshall; and her great grandchildren, Bryson, Everleigh, Celia and Cora. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
