It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Byrd Murdock (Spruce Pine, North Carolina), born in Bethesda, Maryland, who passed away on September 23, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett, Sr. Byrd and Geneva Freeman Byrd; and her sisters, Paula Mae Byrd and Denise Byrd Russo. She is survived by: her sons, Shawn Adam Murdock and Joshua Shane Murdock; her grandchildren, A. J., Ella Gwen and Breanne Murdock; and her brothers, Emmett Byrd, Jr., Raymond Byrd and Eddie Byrd (Melissa). She is also survived by nieces and nephews and extended family.
