She is survived by: her daughter Left; her grandchildren, Frank of Spruce Pine, Vivian Pitman, Ted and Vicky Wise; her great grandchildren, Brittany, Cody Pitman, Kell, Jessica Farley, Misty, Rusty Self, Jennifer, Travise Pitman, Libby and Robbie Self; her great great grandchildren, Brayden Pitman, Paxton Farley, Jarrett Farley, Cayma Farley, Maddox Pitman, Peyton Pitman, Tate Pitman, Ty Pitman, Trevor Self, Todd Self and Troy Self; and also Joyce Dayton.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to either; Hospice and Palliative Care of the Blue Ridge or Mt. Calvary Freewill Baptist Church Building Fund.
