She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Shipman and Etta Pitman Shipman; her husband Ernest Jarrett; her son Terry Jarrett; and her siblings, Lucille Tipton, Nell Johnson, Jewell McCooley and Ray Shipman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sheila Jarrett White of Bakersville and Rhonda Martin (Johnny) of Kernersville; her brother Neil Shipman of Umatilla, FL; and her grandchildren, Terri Edena Hoilman (Glenn) of Madison, MS and Stacey Martin (Jennifer) of Temecula, CA.
