He was predeceased by: his parents, Pat Millard Woody and Lillian Ollis Woody Grindstaff. He is survived by: his sons, Damien Woody (Amanda) of Spruce Pine and Tyler Woody (Jordyn Mitchell) of Spruce Pine; his friend Angie Silver of Bakersville; his brothers, Houston Jackson Woody of Woodlawn and David Lee Woody of Pleasant Gardens; his grandchildren, Dalton and Ayden Woody of Spruce Pine; his nephew Cory Woody; and his niece Shanell Woody.
