He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Dawson and Keri Mae McMillian Dawson; and his brothers, Leard and Jerry Dawson. He is survived by: his wife Sandra R. Dawson; his sons, Brian Dawson of Florida, Chad Dawson of Pooler, GA and Michael Tucker of Florida; and his siblings, Joe Dawson of Florida and Ann Smith of Florida.
