We are sad to announce that on April 24, 2019, at the age of 88, Mabel Stamey (Spruce Pine, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Buchanan and Maggie Buchanan; her husband Ed Stamey; and her siblings, Earl, Brown, Buster, Coleman, Arnold Buchanan, Hazel Wyatt, Bell Jones and Rachel Buchanan.
She is survived by: her children, Eddie Stamey and Kim Hoyle; and her brother Carl Buchanan of Bakersville. She is also survived by three grandchildren; four step grandchildren; three great grandchildren; three step great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
