She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Heaton and Myra Burleson Heaton; her husband Ted Ollis; her siblings, Wilson Heaton (Rose), Sam Heaton (Wilma) and Anna Lee Baird (Glenn); and her son-in-law Robert Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Ted Ollis of Bakersville, Denise Pittman (George) of Spruce Pine and Linda Taylor of Spruce Pine; her grandchildren, Bob Taylor (Victoria) of Spruce Pine, Dan Taylor (Meredith) of Spruce Pine, Chase Pittman (Ashely) of Spruce Pine and Teddianne Ollis Broadbent (Jared) of Spruce Pine; her great grandchildren, Zach Taylor of Spruce Pine, Hannah Hoilman-Montgomery of Spruce Pine, Ted H. Broadbent of Spruce Pine and Riley Broadbent of Spruce Pine; and her great great grandchild Landon Montgomery of Spruce Pine.
