She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernie Woodard and Gertrude Garnto Woodard; and her brother W. D. Woodard. She is survived by: her husband Norris McKinney; her children, Sheila Scruggs (Jay) of Sweetwater, TN and Harold McKinney (Melissa) of Spruce Pine; her grandchildren, Christa, Shelley, Kelly, Matthew, Caitlin, Chloe, Clarissa, Chase, Gage and Logun; her great grandchildren, Stanley, Valerie, Zackary, Sheryl, Shawn, Sarah and Riley; and her siblings, Bobby Woodard (Jeanne) of Belle Glade, FL, Steve Woodard (Tracy) of Loxahatchee, FL and Dianne Fortney of Prairie.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to; Webb Funeral Home to assist with the funeral expenses.
