She was predeceased by: her parents, L. C. Ervin and Margarete Iwrin Ervin; her husband George Ralph Goodson, Sr.; her son George R. Goodson, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Joshua Alan Hare and Jessica Ann Hare.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Duncan Loudermilk (Danny Loudermilk) of Spring City, TN, Larry Stanley (Lisa) of Lebanon, TN, Michael Merriman (Kathie) of Enka, NC, Darryl Merriman (Melanie) of Enka, NC and Paul Goodson of Marion; and her siblings, Larry Ervin of Alexandria, TN, Janice Ayers of Gallatin, TN and Anita Cantrell of Watertown, TN. She is also survived by five grandchildren and one great grandson.
