It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry McKinney of Spruce Pine, North Carolina, who passed away on March 20, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James McKinney and Edith Stamey McKinney; and his sister Linda M. Harrison. He is survived by: his grandson Luke; his wife Nina White McKinney; his son Chad James McKinney; his grandsons, Luke J. of Johnson City, TN and Gabe J. McKinney of Johnson City, TN; his aunt JoAnn Buchanan; his niece Christy Henson (Barry); his brother-in-law Ernie Harrison; and his cousins, Nita Polizzi (Ron), Cheryl Ollis (Jock), Gina Phillips, Van Phillips (Sherry), Byron Phillips (Karen), Sheila Lovell (Rick), Gene Insalaceo (Ed) and Patty Eddins (Bob).
