He is survived by: his daughter Shirley Teresa Wise of Spruce Pine; his grandchildren, William Earl Wise (Kelsey) and Echo Marie Parker (Nick); his great grandchildren, Khloe Parker, Haylee Wise, Sawyer Wise and William Clay Parker; and his siblings-in-law, Faith Warren of Hanging Rock, Patsy Ruth Adams of Lenoir and Daniel O'Dean Widner of Lenoir. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
