He is survived by: his wife Thelma Young Pittman; his children, Gail Staton, Pamela Staton (Donnie) and Gary Pittman (Faye); his grandchildren, Dayna Staton, Renae Pittman (Rodney), Derrick Staton (Merina), Amber Roberson (Kevin), Krista Mathis (Jay), Samuel Grindstaff, Sarah Miller (Nick), Mandy Gossett and Drew Staton (Teresa); his great grandchildren, Daisy Mace (Skylar), Cole Shipman, Dylan Ledford, Faith Ledford, Alli Pittman, Ava Joy Pittman, Joshua Roberson, Levi Roberson (Emily), Maddison Mathis, Katie Jo Mathis, Dylan Grindstaff-Dyal, Jonathan Yelton, Roman Miller, Zoey Gossett, Mitchell Miller and Annabelle Staton; his great great grandchild Macklin Mace; and his siblings, James Pittman and Faye Howell.
