He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Dale and Ruth Biddix Dale; his sister Teresa Dawn Wall; and his grandparents, Carl, Maude Dale, Lonnie and Tessie Biddix.
He is survived by: his sons, Heath Dale (Sherry) and Bradley Dale (Amie); his grandson Tyler Libertore; his siblings, Cama Fleenor (Marc), Keith Dale and Wesley Dale; and also, Cole Fleenor, Chris Lunsford and Cory Lunsford.
