It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Weatherman (Spruce Pine, North Carolina), who passed away on September 3, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Louis Lathrop and Norma McLean Dillingham; her husband Conrad Weatherman; her son Billy Weatherman; her stepgrandson Brian Singleton; and her siblings, Joy Alverta Kinsey and William Russell Lathrop.
She is survived by: her daughter Nina Weatherman Taylor of Boone; her grandchildren, Jamie Denetia Hall (Andy), Tim and Shawn Hartley; her stepgranddaughter Miranda Delon (Robin); her great grandchildren, Matthias and Theron; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Mason, Danielle (Brandon), Dior and Dolce; and her siblings-in-law, Carl Weatherman, Crandle McClellan and Elva Weatherman.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to the charity of your choice or to consider either; Hospice and Palliative Care of the Blue Ridge, Crossnore School, Pine Grove United Methodist Church Scholarship Fund or Pine Grove United Methodist Church.
