He is survived by: his close friend Charles Silvers; his wife Mary Sue; his children, Gary and Deborah Tolley (Keith); his grandchildren, Melissa Woody (Dailen), Daniel Mark, Scott Anthony Tolley (Jessi) and John Michael Tolley (Brittany); and his great grandchildren, Caden James Young, Sophia Grace Woody, Maddox Isaiah Woody, Addie Jade Young, Dawsyn Belle Tolley, Dallas Jackson Tolley and Jace Anthony Tolley. He is also survived by numerous nephews, and nieces.
