He is survived by: his father Eddie Burt Foxx (Pat) of Asheville; his granddaughter Piper; his wife Crystal Hall Foxx of Bakersville; his stepchildren, April Honeycutt (Jake) of Buladean and Aaron Ledford (Amanda) of Tipton Hill; his stepgrandchildren, Piper Honeycutt, Madison and Mason Ledford; his brothers, Craig Foxx (Tammy) of Mars Hill and Patrick Foxx (Janice) of Mars Hill; his father-in-law Junior; and his close friend Travis Chesser. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
