With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Glenn R. Thompson (Spruce Pine, North Carolina), who passed away on May 8, 2022 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Thompson and Grace Carpenter Thompson; his children, Harold Van Thompson and Beverly Thompson; and his siblings, Johnny, Harry Thompson, Frances Wilson and Carolyn Medford.
He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Thompson of Spruce Pine, Pam Blevins of Burnsville and Darren Thompson of Burnsville; and his grandson Tyler Thompson of Burnsville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to; Webb Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
