In loving memory of Floyd Wilson of Spruce Pine, North Carolina, who departed this world on February 28, 2025 at the age of 90. Floyd leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Wilson and Pearl Woody Wilson; his wife Helen Griffith Wilson; and his siblings, Bertha Trivette (Reuben), Georgie Davis (Russell) and Jessie Wilson (Stella).
He is survived by: his daughter Lesa Wilson McGee (Donnie); his granddaughter Brooke Peterson (Casey); his great grandchildren, Tolley, Atlas and Cyrus Peterson; his brother Paul Wilson (Gail); his nephews, Brian and Tyler Wilson; and also Connie Elkins. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and in-laws.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Webb Funeral Home Chapel (128 Roan Rd, Spruce Pine, NC 28777).
