We are sad to announce that on October 10, 2021, at the age of 85, Dorothy Snipes (Spruce Pine, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde McKinney and Louise Hefner McKinney; and her husband David Snipes. She is survived by: her siblings, Rebecca Plemmons of Spruce Pine and Grover McKinney (Betty) of Marshall, NC; her nephew Anthony McKinney; her niece Andrea McKinney of Marshall, NC.; her close friend Peggy McKinney (Gus) of Spruce Pine; and her cousin Carlene Ward of Spruce Pine.
