With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Wayne Silvers of Spruce Pine, North Carolina, who passed away on October 2, 2023 at the age of 47. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Glenn Silvers, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Mary Queen Silvers; his siblings, Brenda Lee Ellis (Eric), Monica Renee Hughes (Jamie) of Buladean and Thomas Glenn Silvers, Jr. (Tonya) of Spruce Pine; his niece Sierra Diane Silvers (Squirt) of Spruce Pine; and his nephews, Noah James Hughes of Buladean and Jace Logan Hughes (The Goof Troop) of Buladean.

In lieu of flowers the family ask that memorial donations be made to the Gideon's International.
