He was predeceased by: his parents, David, Sr. Schultz and Anne Lindbergh Schultz; and his stepmother Candace Schultz. He is survived by: his wife Denise L. Harrison; his pets, Zeke and Zoe; his brother Paul Schultz of Warrenville, IL; his cousins, Holly and Eric Lindbergh; and his parents-in-law, Elmer and Doris Laurange.
