He was predeceased by: his fathers, William Milton Sparks and Garland Sparks of Arizona; his niece Mandy Ellis; and his nephew Jody Sparks (Danny). He is survived by: his siblings, Janie Cole (Robert) of Bakersville, NC, Ginger Harding of Simpsonville, SC, Allen Sparks (Sheila) of Bakersville, NC and Chris Sparks of Bakersville, NC; his nieces and nephews, Chad Sparks (Melissa) of Denver, NC, Adam Cole (Stacey) of Marion, NC, April Demar (Mike) of Simpsonville, SC and Ashley Harding of Simpsonville, NC; and also, Kindra Sparks of Columbus, OH, Paul, Brenda Watson, James, Jeff and Danny Sparks.
