Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Bobby Lee Carpenter of Spruce Pine, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 73, on January 3, 2022. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Carpenter and Maude Shook Carpenter; and his siblings, Jack (Fox), Lloyd, Leroy Carpenter, Dixie Burleson and Mary Hise.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Dellinger Carpenter; his son Steve Carpenter (Laura); his stepchildren, Stephanie McClellan (Shane) of Spruce Pine and Stacey Carver (Jeremiah) of Spruce Pine; his grandchildren, Emma, Andrew Carpenter, Alli McClellan, Reagan, Riley and Roan Carver; and his siblings, Lester Carpenter and Margaret Carpenter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and special friends.
