He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Huskins and Sally Johnson Huskins; his wife Genella Bowen Huskins; and his siblings, Bill, Harold Huskins, Thelma Hipps and Atlas Williams.
He is survived by: his daughter Diane McKinney (Charlie) of Spruce Pine; his grandchildren, Michael Ledford, Shanda Greene (Adam) and Alecia Dellinger (Cody); his great grandchildren, Aiden, Lilly, Asher, Lilah and Axton; and his sister Patsy Stamey of Bakersville.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to; Medi Home Hospice, 1955 Newland Highway, Newland, NC 28657.
