She was predeceased by: her parent Lawrence Ramsey; her husband Carl Burleson; and her sister Hazel Ledford. She is survived by: her parent Elma Townsend Ramsey; her children, Patricia Jackson (David), Cathy Burleson, Lawrence Calvin Burleson (Shirline) and Randy Burleson (Donna); and her sister Carolyn Burleson.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations in Beulah's name to the Meals on Wheels program at the Mitchell Senior Center located at 152 Ledger School Road, Bakersville, NC 28705.
