She is survived by: her children, Teresa Dale (Dennis) of Bakersville and Jack Sparks, Jr. of Marion; her grandchildren, Chelsey Sparks, Matthew Ward (Amy), Michelle Smith (Shannon), Levi Dale (Amber) and Autumn Killman (David); her great grandchildren, Daylee, Elijah, Linsie Smith and Corbin Killman; her niece Carolyn Adkins; and her nephew Tim Burleson (Rosalee).
A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ledger Baptist Church (573 Bear Creek Church Rd, Bakersville, NC 28705).
