He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Malk and Janice Valvo Malk; his wife Abbey Malk; his children, Cassidy and Tyler Malk; his siblings, Michael Malk and Sherry (Phil Calandra); his parents-in-law, Janet (Alan Pierce) and Dean (JoEllyn Treadman); and his siblings-in-law, Kerry (Gina Treadman) and Kirsten (Bill Johnson). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
