He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Q. Fisher, Sr. and Althea Ferry Fisher; his wife Edna Fisher; and his children, Thomas Chandler and Judy Hefner.
He is survived by: his daughter Cathy Marlowe of Marion; and his grandchildren, Danny Marlowe (Angie) of Spruce Pine and Christy Marlowe Kirby (Matt) of Marion. He is also survived by four great grandchildren and ten great great grandchildren.
