With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Aaron Holtsclaw (Spruce Pine, North Carolina), who passed away on March 17, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Holtsclaw and Dora King Holtsclaw; his daughter Scarlett Dale; his son-in-law Kenny Dale; and his granddaughter Amanda Dale.

He is survived by: his wife Juanita Cook Holtsclaw; his daughters, Cheryl Dale of Spruce Pine and Sandy Wheeler (Nathan) of Burnsville; his grandchildren, Adam, Aaron, Jason Dale, Denise Self, April Boring, Amber Lowery, Jordan Ballew and Michaela Owenby; and his son-in-law Norman Dale. He is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren and one great great-grandson.
