He is survived by: his children, Robert Young, Rodney Young, Alicia Young Hall (Alan), Tramaine Young and Willie Charles Young, III; and his grandchildren, Amina Young-Davis and Charlie Piper Young.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Spring Lake Missionary Baptist Church (458 Chapel Hill Rd, Spring Lake, NC 28390). A burial will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery (400 Murchison Rd, Spring Lake, NC 28390).
