She was predeceased by: her parents, John Floyd (JF) and Thelma Perry Moneyhan. She is survived by: her husband Harold Fail; her children, Donald Fail (Marcia) of Woodbridge, VA, Kenneth Fail (Kim) and Lori Fail of Spring Lake; her grandsons, Dillon and Dalton of Bunnlevel; her siblings, Edgar Moneyhan (Peggy) of Fayetteville, Ann Vinson of Fayetteville and Dot; her brother-in-law Bill Myers of Fayetteville; and her nieces and nephews, Ben Myers, Bobbi Ann, Robert Vinson, Kendra, Johnny Moneyhan, Marci Squires and Lysa Bland.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Baptist Church of Spring Lake, or the Shriners Crippled Children's Hospital.
