We are sad to announce that on December 21, 2020, at the age of 83, Theodosia Carlisle of Spring Lake, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her sisters, Helen Glenn, Betty Steward and Constance Smith; her daughter-in-law Wanda Carlisle; and her adoptive daughter Yvonne Earley. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.
