She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Hackney; and her father Marvin Cody Owens. She is survived by: her children, Andrea Crawford of Lillington, NC, Kimberly Ndiwe of Tampa, FL and Mark Yoder of Hope Mills, NC.; her mother Meathel Parmer Jacobs; and her brothers, Steve Owens of Fayetteville, NC and Kenneth Jacobs of Fayetteville, NC. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
