She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris Tyler and Amanda "Mandy" Tyler; her sons, Freeman "Ralph" Tyler and Jerry Tyler; and her siblings, Hubert Tyler, Neubrewn Tyler, Larry Tyler and Mildred Tyler.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Morgan, Betty Holleman, Marshall Tyler (Glenda) and Tony Tyler; and her siblings, Marshall Tyler, Kenneth Tyler, Delton Tyler, Roberta Pollard, Myrtle Sanders and Marcie Maldonado. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
