He was predeceased by: his mother Jacqueline M. Pate; and his brother John J. Stevens. He is survived by: his children, Michael, Haileigh and Lawson of Sanford, NC; his sister Jennifer Marshburn (Barry); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sierra, Jessica Stevens and Christine Pascoe (Daniel); his son Tyler (Chelsea) of Morris, CT; his daughter-in-law Susan Grimes (Craig); his grandchildren, Madison and Aidan (Dianna DiVito) of Middlebury, CT.; and also, Cheyenne Guin (Taylor), Kinslee of Sanford, NC and Holly of Southbury, CT.
