She was predeceased by: her parents, Art Rowe and Ocie Little Rowe; and her husband Leonard L. Hegg. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Garcia (David) and Michael Hegg; and her grandsons, Nicholas and Jacob Garcia. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
