He is survived by: his parents, Michael Murillo and Maria Murillo of Spring Lake, NC; his son La'Near Murillo; his stepmother April Murillo of Jacksonville; his siblings, Jackelin Curry of Maryland and Ishmael Murillo; his aunts, Alda Bevans (James), Jessica Murillo-Reddy (Tagen) and Karen Murillo of Miami; his grandmother Eblin West-Blake; and his aunts and uncles, Yolanda Blake, Elena Bahena, Ricardo Blake, Roger Blake, Rodolfo West-Gonzales, Hildebrando West-Gonzales and Octavio West of Panama City. He is also survived by cousins and close friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Adcock Funeral Home and Crematory (2226 Lillington Hwy, Spring Lake, NC 28390). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
