We are sad to announce that on August 27, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Larry Matthews of Spring Lake, North Carolina. He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Matthews and Gertie Raynor Matthews. He is survived by: his wife Amy McLamb Matthews; his children, Philip Matthews (Kim), Stephen Matthews (Teri), Tricia Carr (Steve) and Lynette Lawrence (Barry); his grandchildren, Christopher Yates (Samantha), Rachel Hinojoza (Jesse), Nikki South (James), Maegan DeFlorin (John), Micah Lawrence (Stephanie), Hannah Childress (Brad) and Lydia Lawrence; his siblings, Bobby, George and Lena; and also, Donnie, Cindy Sulcer, Sarah Mclamb and Jean Morrow. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.

Social distancing and face covering guidelines should be followed.
