He is survived by: his wife Brenda Bland; his daughters, Latoya Semple (Jennifer), Natasha Bland and Shantae Robbins (Brandon); his mother Mrs Lenora Bland (King George Virigina); his brothers, Rev Leonard G Bland, Tony Bland and Kevin Bland; his siblings-in-law, Carolyn Bland, Mae Bland, Valerie Bland, Joann Bland, Samuel Ocheltree, George Ocheltree and Robert Ocheltree; and his close friend James Hodge. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
