He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ray, Pansy Shumate, Charles and Margaret Livingston; and his brother John Livingston, II.
He is survived by: his parents, John Livingston and Kathy Livingston; his wife Melinda Yates; his siblings, Chris Livingston (Yarin), Jason Livingston and Brittany Livingston; his nephews, Brayden Livingston, Hunter Livingston, Chase Lee Hunt, John Livingston, III (Jade) and Cameron Livingston; his niece Kandis Livingston; and his great-nephew John Livingston, IV.
