It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Nelson Bulgarino of Spring Lake, North Carolina, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 16, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Bulgarino and Genevieve White Bulgarino; his son David Bulgarino; and his brother Billy. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Harvey Bulgarino; and his children, Joey Bulgarino (Robin) of South Carolina, Robert Bulgarino (Stephanie) of South Carolina, Joshua Harvey of Tennessee and Nickie Harvey of North Carolina. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
